ETA covid-19 statement
What is being done to protect passengers and drivers in our vehicles?
As a result of Coronavirus cases rising rapidly across the whole of the UK and in order to reduce the spread of infection the Government has implemented national lockdown restrictions. This Government guidance also includes details of businesses that are permitted to stay open, following COVID-19 Secure guidelines, including taxi and vehicle hire businesses.
When using our taxi private hire services, please use a face covering, carry a hand sanitizer and wash your hands before and after you travel. The latest Government advice is that, although face coverings are unlikely to prevent you from getting the virus, they could help prevent you from giving it to others. Face coverings are particularly important where social distancing is hard to maintain.
We have put our own protective measures in place including ensuring face coverings are worn by drivers, hand sanitizer is in every vehicle and every vehicle is sprayed with an antibacterial cleaner between journeys.
Before accepting a booking
We may ask customers the following questions:

If the customer has been told to self-isolate by a Doctor or the Test and Trace service.
Remind passengers that they are expected to wear a face covering at ALL times will inside our vehicles, and unless they are exempt, they will not be allowed to travel.
